Not all mechanics are created equal

Trusted Auto Repair Shop Moncks Corner | 34 Years of Excellence

Ever since I can remember I’ve loved cars.

If you saw my room growing up you’d think I was selling posters of muscle cars. I could tell you what car was driving by the house just from the sound of the exhaust.

When I realized I could make a living working on cars it almost seemed to good to be true. 34 years later that excitement I had as a kid has only grown stronger.

Over the years I learned exactly what I loved so much about being a mechanic: fixing problems. Each car is like a puzzle and each time the puzzles a little different.

Although I was never a great student at school, when it came to passing my ASE certification, I passed the first time. It turns out I wasn’t a bad student, I just wasn’t into Social Studies.

A little over year ago I had a chance to visit Lowcountry Automotive, and I fell in love. Between the ocean, the people and the food I knew it was only a matter of time before I moved.

Not soon after that I had a deal lined up to start this business. Zero regrets. Lowcountry Automotive is exactly what I thought it was and I’m glad I had enough pennies saved up to make it happen.

We’re growing. Our customers are bringing their friends and neighbors and were adding technicians and equipment to keep up with the demand. We might not be the biggest shop in the area but we’d give anybody a run for their money when it comes to doing great work.

Consider this an invitation. Come find out why XYS trusts us to work on their cars, trucks and SUV’s and you have our word you’ll leave happy.

See you soon,

Did you know?

Early cars had brakes on only two wheels – The first automobiles only had brakes on the rear wheels, not all four. It wasn’t until the 1920s that four-wheel braking systems became standard, which dramatically improved stopping power and safety.

Why settle for opinion when
you can have the facts?
